Wasnt great this morning, a lot of pain and ended up in a bath with Deep Heat in it. Then lay in bed with a hot water bottle on it to keep it tolerable seeing as pain killers were about as effective as a chocolate teapot. Got a knee support whilst on a jaunt to Tescos, hopefully that will keep it ok.
