I decided to stay in bristol in the end, and treated Mark & Julian to a big shop of food for this evening, we're going to sit down and watch a filum and scoff and drink.

Great day yesterday at the wedding! But we're all a tad frail for gallivanting tonight too.

Hope 2009 is kind to us all.

Norma hun, really sorry you felt upset by some of the high spirits, but glad you felt you could say so. You're a darling

Phil my lovely doctor you know methinks the world of you.

Pauline, how did you get on babe?

Lisa, what can I say, i loves ya

xxxxxxx

Happy New Year from me too. I hope that it's a good one for all of us and brings us all that we wish for. (A bloody miracle).

We had a Chinese takeaway and watched some DVDs. We hate New Year too and poor Stan just said that he has nothing to celebrate so it was good to shift the focus away from feeling the need to be out drinking and pretending to be enjoying ourselves.
